Nose Filler in Seoul |  Apgujeong EU:GENES Skin Clinic

Refine your profile without surgery. At Apgujeong EU:GENES Skin Clinic, nose filler is designed and performed by Dr. Jung Yoo-jin, with safety given the same priority as aesthetics.

What is nose filler?

Nose filler, often called a non-surgical rhinoplasty, uses hyaluronic acid filler to reshape the nose without cutting. Carefully placed filler can raise a low bridge, smooth a small bump, lift the tip slightly, or make the profile look straighter.

It cannot make a nose smaller. It works by adding volume in precise places, so the change is about shape and harmony rather than size.

Who is it for?

Nose filler can suit people who:

  • Want a higher or more defined bridge
  • Have a mild bump or dip they would like to camouflage
  • Would like to preview a change before considering surgery
  • Prefer to avoid the recovery of rhinoplasty

It is generally not suitable if you have had previous nose surgery (scar tissue changes the blood supply), want a smaller or narrower nose, have breathing problems that need medical attention, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have active skin infection. The doctor may recommend against treatment after assessment.

Benefits

  • Visible change in a single short visit
  • No incisions or general anesthesia
  • Reversible with a dissolving enzyme
  • Can improve overall facial balance and profile

Your treatment at EU:GENES

Because the nose is a higher-risk area, the 1:1 consultation with Dr. Jung is thorough. She reviews your medical and surgical history, studies your profile from every angle, and considers how the nose relates to your forehead, lips and chin.

The design is deliberately modest. A small amount of filler, placed in the correct layer, usually looks more natural than a tall, wide bridge. The doctor performs the injections personally, then checks skin color and circulation before you leave. You will receive aftercare guidance and our WhatsApp contact for any concerns.

Results and how long they last

Results are visible immediately and settle within about a week as minor swelling resolves. For most patients, nose filler lasts around 9 to 18 months. Repeated large volumes are not advisable, as they can cause the bridge to spread and widen over time.

Downtime, aftercare and possible side effects

Expect mild redness, tenderness or swelling for a day or two. Avoid pressing or massaging the nose, and try not to wear heavy glasses on the bridge for about two weeks. Skip alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours.

The nose has blood vessels that connect with those supplying the skin and the eye. The most serious risk is vascular occlusion, where filler blocks a vessel. This can lead to skin damage and, very rarely, loss of vision. Choosing an experienced physician who uses careful, slow technique and knows the anatomy well is essential. Contact us immediately if you notice severe pain, pale or mottled skin, or any change in vision.

Frequently asked questions

Can filler replace a rhinoplasty?

For small shape changes it can be a good alternative. For reducing size or fixing breathing, surgery is the right option.

Is nose filler painful?

Most patients find it very tolerable with numbing. You will feel pressure more than pain.

Can I combine it with other fillers?

Yes. A balanced profile often involves the chin too, so some patients add chin filler at the same visit.
